Chris Roe is co-founder of Redmandarin and management consultant by profession.
With over 20 years’ experience in global business consulting forStrategic Decisions Group and IMS Consulting Group, Chris has led strategy projects with large and medium sized organisations globally in telecommunications, B2B services, FMCG, technology and consumer electronics.
Through these and other projects he has helped organisations better focus their use of sponsorship, identify new areas for investment and improved the management and measurement of value delivered through sponsorship.
Chris’s role within Redmandarin has been threefold: initially to embed a management consultancy approach, principles and methodology; to enable Redmandarin to manage complex programmes across today’s multi-national, matrix organisational structure; and latterly to ensure Redmandarin’s sponsorship modelling is a close reflection of client organisations.
